Users must not use the service for any illegal activities or to interfere with the network stability of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our usage guidelines.

We take your privacy seriously. We collect minimal data required to provide monitoring services, including server addresses and monitoring logs. Your data is encrypted and will never be shared with third parties without your consent. We use cookies only for session management.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a flexible refund policy. All points obtained through direct top-up or monthly subscriptions are refundable. If you are unsatisfied with our service, you can request a refund for the remaining value of your points. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
